Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the shipping information you provide.
Prohibited items
You may not forward items prohibited by US export law or the destination country’s customs regulations. We may refuse or dispose of such items.
Storage & fees
Packages are stored free for the period stated in your plan. Extended storage, consolidation, repacking, and personal-shopper services are billed as published on our pricing page.
Shipping & liability
Shipping times and duties are determined by the carrier and destination country. Insurance is available and our liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use of Ship4Me after changes constitutes acceptance.
